As part of our 501(c)(7) non-profit charter, Millbrook Gun Club is dedicated to ethical wildlife conservation, sustainable upland game bird habitat management, and strict hunter safety standards.

All competitors must abide by mandatory eye and ear protection rules, demonstrate safe firearm handling, and use club-approved shot on all field courses.

Event Guidelines & Terms

Reservation Guarantee: No money moves today. Your card is securely vaulted on file via Stripe to hold your registration and station squadding position without an immediate charge. Your credit card is securely tokenized and held via PCI-Compliant Stripe infrastructure to guarantee your station slot. Millbrook Gun Club never handles or stores your raw credit card numbers on our own servers.
7-Day Cancellation Window: Full penalty-free cancellation timeline up to 7 days prior to the event date.
Late Cancellation Rule: Cancellations submitted less than 7 days prior to the event date remain liable for the full $750.00 fee due to upfront bird procurement and pheasant ordering overhead.
Shooter Substitution Exception: Late cancellation fee liabilities are waived if an eligible replacement shooter is found to take your place.
Range Day Execution: Automated off-session billing of $750.00 will be executed on range day.
